expert advise on Pease Bay surf forecast

Does anyone know: If Magic Seaweed has no stars, or one or two hollow stars, is there any possibility of getting some fun waves?

no- only go when there are four and a half stars or more- because anything below this is bound to be a waste of time and fuel. alternatively, wet your finger stick it in the air to see which way the wind is blowing then plant it firmly up yer bum ya plum!

Thanks for the helpful advice George.  Do you find the finger technique particularly reliable for predicting waves, or do you just enjoy sticking your finger up your bum?
:-p

George you sound like a typical snotty Pease Bay surfer toolboy who couldnt handle the big swells on the north coast and west coast.

Neil, sounds like it would be good if you read some books on predicting surf, Surf Science by Tony Butt is good.

Also, I surf on north coast and west coast but when I visit Edinburgh, there are other breaks that are less crowded, Pease bay you get loads of drama queens there, try Bellhaven or similar.....The winter you can get some nice swells there when the wind is right.....
