Yo, I just bought a board from a local shaper today and I gotta say he's a pretty richeous dude. Ask any surfshop what they know about barny surfboards. This guy shapes both short and longboards and I'll pretty much garuntee that if you bring along a coke bottle or some other artifact from the fifties he'll more than likely give you a discount. His boards run from about 200 to 900 euro.

If I am not mistaken Pukas Surfboards, the largest european surf factory is based on the north coast of Spain.
Google should be able to get you the eact location.
