Where to surf in Spain Oct-Nov« on: September 02 2006 02:09:00 »
I'm planning on spending october and november in Spain, and debating between hanging out in San Sebastian and exploring out from there, or heading south to Andalucia. It seems like Galicia picks up the biggest winter swells as it juts out a bit, but maybe the conditions aren't as reliable as the more protected spots near San Sebastian? Do the spots in Andalucia even pick up those heavy winter swells coming in from the north? I'd just go for the north but weather's a concern as well - If I can get good surf in either place I'd rather be soaking up the sunshine.
