where to surf in northern spain

so i'm a beginer and want to move to northern spain this summer and live in a city within a 15 or 20 min drive to a constant surf spot. which is best a coruna, santander, or san sebastian??

I recommend San Sebastian- nice city and great waves all around, including pretty good breaks in one of it's beaches (la Zurriola).
