No wetsuits and lots of chicks

Can anyone recomend a good surfspot where the waters warm and there is good nightlife? Kinda like Kuta in bali or the gold coast, preferably europe but any recomendations appreciated, let me know cheers - IJ

I'd start with looking outside of Europe.  The Canary Islands aren't far from Spain.  The water's warm, great nightlife, and of course great waves.
