Surf's Up en Español?

I chose Spain for this question, but really this relates to any country that speaks Spanish! I teach Spanish, but unfortunately, although I have always wanted to learn how to surf, have never had the opportunity to! :'( My students are curious to know what the translation for "surf's up" is in Spanish. I was wondering if anyone on this forum might know? Or maybe another phrase that is popular for this? My search on the internet shall continue, but so far, no one knows! :-/ "Hacer surf" and "surfear" refer to surfing, but I'm trying to find out what real surfers use! Thank you for your help!
