Surfing in May - Any waves? Anyone want to join me?« on: April 17 2006 07:04:00 »
I'll be in Thailand for the entire month of May and was hoping there would be some waves SOMEWHERE -- I'll travel to wherever the waves are - I'm still beginner (been surfing for about a yr) - any suggestions of where to go?

You will have the best time of your life. Sun is intense so grab the thick sunblock and Kurtis Surf Goggles. No Fried Eyes.

I've been to thailand twice, the only thing i can tell u about surfing there is that there are not many spot. The only good surf spot i found was a kata beach near phuket.
It s probably one of the only place as far as i know where there are consistent waves.
Enjoy ur trip there...
