bring my board?

« on: April 11 2008 22:04:00 »

Im traveling from maui to thailand June - Aug and hoping to find some swell between destinations.  Im wondering if I should go through the trouble of lugging my board around, or try and find a decent short board to rent once I get there.  I ride a 5'11 - 6'2 and am planning on checking out several islands.  What are my chances?

Your joking right... save yourself the hassle, thailand is not a surfing destination , unless your a beginner, which it seems half the surfing population is..

But not you BAZ !

You surf Pipe and Teahupoo, but only when it is over 15', right?
otherwise there's too many beginners out there, no?
