going to Penang - Batu Ferrenghi area anyone know where I can get a surf on this rock?

I guess from the deathly silence that there isnt much on offer on Penang. It seemed to me that there could have been something if Phuket gets waves but I guess that Penang is too far down in the Straits and the reason Phuket gets waves is that it is closer to the Andaman Sea

im not sure about waves on the west coast of malaysia. but surfs up on the east coast on terengganu beaches, pahang beaches and desaru during monsoon season from november till march only. other then that its flat like a pancake.
