Surf injuries

Has anyone used or heard of the BFST wraps? I've looked a lot at their website...but would like to hear from you guys if anyone has tried it for their injuries. Here's their site:

RE: Surf injuries

My friend had an injured knee back in 2007. He said it was nothing and he can bear the pain so he didn't do anything about it. It eventually healed after a couple of weeks or something like that. THe same person had an injury again while surfing here in the Philippines and he tried BFST. His left knee healed in less than a week. So I guess it works. :)
