Seattle area - any surfing lessons available??« on: June 11 2006 11:06:00 »
Obviously the Puget Sound doesn't have much waves available (pray for surf on Alki), but I'm looking for group or individual lessons that maybe head out to the coast.
Or if someone could recommend maybe a shop or an instructor on the WA coast that gives lessons?

look into some ultra cheap flights to Mazatlan. I'm a pilot and when I'm doing a layover I surf with Allen and Javier at East Pacific. They have a great school. I suggest Mazatlan because its very difficult to learn to surf in the cold and Mazatlan is the lowest cost trip you'll find to warm water.
