Mos people could, but since you are from florida, you may have trouble. I'm not jamming you, but I know some floridians who shiver and freeze whenever the temps dip into the 40's. they just can't handle the cold because their blood has thinned out from living in the semi tropics. What the heck, give it a shot, you should be fine, maybe get some booties to go along with your suit.

Thin rashy for under your suit and you are good. Water temps don't usually dip until Jan/Feb.

The water temps drop into the mid fifties and rise into the low seventies. Not what I would call a tropic situation.

I lived at El Porto for years and never used anything more than a 3/2. I did sport booties on cold days however...just a thought. You'll see temps down to 55 mid-winter.
