RE: Savannah surf

I've surfed in Florida about 7 years now and if you go about 3 or 4 hours outside of Savannah and the surf in Florida is pretty high during the winter if you ever wanna go south. Theres a beach called New Smyrna Beach or Sabastion Inlet there always at least 1 or 2 feet high than most places. Have fun and Surfs up bra

RE: Savannah surf

hello Rachel.
I am in savannah for about 5 weeks, i  work on a yacht and we're in savannah for a new paint job.
I am having withdrawls from not surfing and would love to hook up with surfers and likeminded ppeople while i am here!
I have all my kit and would love to longboard some small stuff as i believe it is only small a lot of the time.

I am also planning a weekend away(driving north?)  to look for surf. Do you know of any spots i could check out. Would love to hear from you.

Kind regards Yango
