Are there any surf-boards/shops available in-country?  How are the conditions in November?

there is a boardriders club at pango village. apparently you can hire boards there, but they are old and beat up. november is start of there peak wave season, but its way fickle. the reef is super sharp, and very shallow. if you are below average surfer,forget it, or take loads of betadine!
