guys,need ur help to find a surf spot near long hai!

hi everybody! im 20,im from Russia and im  dying to try surfing as soon as possible! my family is going for a long and boring vocation to Vietnam from 29th of dec 2005 to 15th of jan'06 and while they will be chilling on the beach i want to go looking for proper surf spots! i would be greatful 2 anyone who cud tell me where i can find surf spots, boards for rent and someone who cud give me a few lessons, cos i only know some theory and never tried it before. wud be fun also if there was someone who's going to vietnam at the same time as me:) thx 4 help!

about 5 kms offshore is a massive A-Frame break which holds up 2 ten foot. its impossibel to get 2 without a boat but if u hav 1 it is incredibly incredible. no one knows abiout this ecept u n i so keep it 2 urself. there is also a wiked right hander down the beach from long hai which works in ny conditions really but just needs swell.
