does anyone have good advice on surfing near the Lahave rivermouth area?
I will be staying in that area for three weeks in july.
I don't mind driving a bit to get to some good breaks, but I thought I would check if there was somthing close to where I am staying.
Also is it longboard time of year in the summer?
Water temps = spring suit?

Hi man. Ive never surfed the lahave area but i heard there are some nice spots right in that area check out the rossignol surf shop, he can defintately help you. if you get skunked down there why not come up to the Eastern Shore there is always some sort of wave action! Good luck

dudes. you cant just get on the web and expect to get full on directions to the surf spots. sites like this are going a bit far as it is. get out there and explore. good that you dont mind driving, because you'll be doing a lot of it. p.s. summer is definitely longboard season, and you'll need a 3/2 or a 4/3 fullsuit.

What swell direction/size does da range need to work good? I surfed there before it was the best sesh of my life in around here. but never bother to check the wave models.

just to eliminate all confusion... my name is neal durling - i post as "the kid", since my friends used to call me that. chris muise is also known as "the kid" in the NS surf scene, although i dont think he posts on this. anyone who has something to say to me can feel free to do so now that you know who i am. i'll post as neal from now on just so certain blow-hards don't get the wrong idea.
