Well there's nothing real close to bellingham you would have to go all the way to the coast in OR or go up to canada. Tofino on Victoria Island is pretty good.

hey is not victoria island its vancouver island, pllus its a long ride and a 2 hour ferry ride so i think thats otu of the question the its three hours of the ferry and if it suck you just wasted about 200$

look to your coast buddy. you can find surf pretty much on any coast. we always head down to washington if we dont go to the island...
you're definately gonna have to drive a few hours tho

Man, you've got a nice wave about 1 hours drive. Head down
to Ft. Ebbey on Whidbey Island. It takes a large swell out on the open ocean to pump in but when it does it is a nice wave and can pretty hollow. I would check this spot out if you are heading out to the Washington coast as it is near the ferry to get you out on the Olympic Pennisula. There are a bunch of breaks stretching from Port Angelas out to Neah Bay.
The Ferry is $10.00-$15.00 bucks US.
