Iam quite sure there is no shop there. Have been 4 months in Ghana and used someones board twice. (Anamabu close to Cape Coast) You should go there a nice resort.
If you go to "Oxford street" in Accra you see why there are no surf shops in Ghana.
Have fun and enjoy GHANA!

There is a new place at Busua Beach that rents boards. Busua Beach is West of Takoradi- where the best waves are in Ghana.

Coming next monday in Accra« Reply #7 on: April 05 2007 07:04:00 »
I will be arriving in Accra Monday 9th of April and as I bring my surfboard (6' 2") I expect to have some surf there. I was wondering if you could eventually show me around some spots? We are staying in Accra but we have a car. In addition I do have some extra questions for you.
How is the surf at this period of the year?
Is it true that the current is very strong? If yes, is it for the whole coast of just some spots?
