Going Marlin fishing in Kona next July. Any summer breaks on the big island of Hawaii?

Cruise the south end of the island. keep up on southern swells. From S. Kona all the way around to Hilo will pick up a south. Have a 4wd and alot of time on your hands.

Try Kahalu'u bay but watch out for the snorklers, or Banyans, nice wave there but respect the locals. Lymans is another nice spot but watch the localism. You will be able to find a nice wave somewhere after all it is the "Big Island" lots of spots.

coz r u serious its like saying when you go to oahu surf sunset beach watch out for the locals at vals reef.banyans locals consist of 12 year olds with attitude wearin their caps on the side like they were pimp rappers and gold chains its a joke ill smack those lil fukkas to show me some respect and not lose real hawaiian heritage it pisses me off .and you dont want to see a true hawaiian local pissed off buggah

am comin in november 4 6 months and wasn't sure what 2 find or where 2 move, kona or kamuela or hilo.  surfin is most important factor.  thanks fer yer postin whoscoz, and will look u up w/ beer 4 much respect, and whatever else we can find!  mahalo
