surf trips out of sayulita and south of PV

« on: July 21 2004 01:07:00 »

Anybody been south of PV to a place called Rancho de las Olas?  Heard that there were decent waves there.   Also, what are the rates and recommended surf trips out of Sayulita in a couple of weeks?  Thanks--alex

im currently running the surf camp at rancho de las olas. this is the spot to experiance remote camping with some very good waves. saftey and a quality of managment provide for your needs and wants. this is no beginner break, a powerful beach break that has longboard, shortboard and kneeboard capable riders really amazed. a river mouth to the south and an estuary entrance to the north provide variety. clean water and absolutly no crowd. plenty of shade and clean restrooms,as well as top quality food. hope to see you soon.book early. check the website.  stonefish over and out.

Randy If your as good as you say try Nexpa beach. Located 2 miles north of the town called Caleta de Campos. I have meet people from all around the globe there. Most surfers rent a palapa foor 500 pesos a month on the beach and stay from 3-6 months. Anyway this is a great place.  Eddie

tropical storm javier is being upgraded. the surf at rancho de las olas is increasing and holding its shape. the wind picked up in the afternoon but the morning was good. sun with sporatic thunderheads were blowing thru all day, just thought the crew in mex would like to know. randy stonefish stockstill over and out.
