Acapulco Vist

« on: May 22 2005 01:05:00 »

I'm going to Acapulco at the end of June for about four days.  I'll probably have about a half of day to devote to surfing.

* Where should I go for the best use of my time?
* How do get there (access?)
* What kind of waves can I expect?
* Any tips?

Hello!!!, I live in Acapulco. My name is Rudy, and I am a Proffessional Tour Guide with a great 14 passager fully air conditioned van that is to your service, I will be more than glad to wait on you when in the City (benefit of the best transportation & tour rates in town and avoid Intermediaries & middle men). I HOPE I AM OF SOME HELP. THANK YOU....

I'm looking for a condo on the beach in Acapulco for July 15th through August 15th.  I'd like to stay in the city for the nightlife, but I'd like to go surfing during the days.  How much do you charge to take some one or a group surfing?

Hey Charlie,

Are there any surfshops nearby?  Can you give me an address and phone number of any shops in or around Acapulco?

Thanks
John

For Jhon

« Reply #8 on: June 22 2005 18:06:00 »

For Jhon:
I recommend to you:
===In downtown===
* Punto Muerto (one of the best and complete on the city) ask about the mall called: "la gran plaza" <<this one it's litle expensive>>
* Other one: in down town: "piquant surf shop" ask about: esquina de 3 Hermanos sobre cuauhtemoc avenue. <<regular prices>>

And if you want to get some boards - you cand go to "playa bonfil" near the airport and ask about "Victor" (Conhingo) he has a small STORE called JAZMIN in the Avenue  -then if you want to contact other person-  "Alan Blith" whatever...
This guys can sell you a board or something like that..

Ride on...

Cuauhtemoc--
