Sorry I can't answer your question. I am hoping to go down around New Years as well and was wondering if anyone knew of any all inclusive resorts located near decent surf spots.

Surf is good in the winter, but it will be crowed because that's when everyone goes to P.V. For all inclusive, stay at the Palladium Vallarta, use to be Viva Vallarta, which has a nice break, Burros, right behind the hotel. Again, there will be a lot of families and kids at the resort in Dec. For more surf spots go to El Anclote, up the road about 15 mins, and catch a panga boat to one or the other nereby breaks. Good luck!
