ah! fellow sponger! march...dude! I don't see anything good about march waves in PI..I schedule a trip late sept thru early october. plan is crystal beach break and/or la union.. I've been watching postings. cloud 9 would be great but too much traveling it's going to take time away from "vacation". peace!

how high are the swells at la union? will be flying back to the PI after few years over seas where i got hooked on bodyboarding. how are breaks in June?

@ KARA... I'm planning on leaving here (states) last weeks of september and plan on staying in PI for 2 weeks only. Im going to crystal beach break and/or la union if time allow.

ey! TOM I don't think hattin' on bodyboarders has reach the philippines yet. surfing in the philippines is sooooo commercialized it's becoming to be a FAD in fact I think it's already a FAD. as far as I know there's no localism in PI atleast I haven't seen it. I went to PI 2 years ago no one was around me. bodyboarding is pretty young in PI.

I'm in the land down under. :-) Sydney specifically. I'm moving back to the Philippines in a few months. got into bodyboarding here in Australia. Tried surfing but could never enjoy it. There are quite a number of bodyboarders here in oz. definitely taken as a serious sport. mind you, when i first heard about it i had my own doubts. those have all been addressed though. :-)
