Coming from the States and Im not going to log my board with me all that way cause Im actually doing a bunch of other things and the last thing I want to do is worry about my board...or anyone, if they can help me in getting a board, I will be generous...thx.

I'm gonna be in Goa from March 16th until 25th and was hoping to do a bit of surfing. Not bringning my board though so would be keen to hire yours or anyone you know. We’re staying in Cozy Nook or Palelo: which would you recommend? What is the most consistent spot? Are you going to be there?

I'm raising this again to see if there's been any developments in Goa or Kerala as regards renting boards.
I'm heading there for the 2 weeks around the end of May and I'm coming off the tail end of a business trip so I can't really bring a board with me.
I'm not a newbie to surfing, but I'd be happy enough on an 80s style bic or whatever if that's all you can get your hands on in the area.
I'd also be interested to hear if there's any windsurfing gear rental in the lakes around Bangalore (or in Goa/Kerala). I've seen it mentioned on some tourist sites, but again they seem to use stock images from the 70s. If the gear is older than late 90s for windsurfing, I'm not interested.
thanks for your help in advance,

hey, alot of people out there bagging india. theres alot of kooks on this website with loose mouthes and a lack of knowledge. if need some decent info on surfing in india check out surfingindia.net. india is no different to any other country that recieves seasonal swell, the on season is between end of april through july... pre monsoon and monsoon swells are southerly same as sri lanka. how anyone can say that a country with that much coasline and that much fetch recieves no swell is beyond me - if you havnt got anything constuctive to say, keep ya mouth shut! anyway, had my bitch now, good luck and happy surfing.

Hey man, I hear ya, Ive even had waves on the baltic sea, all one needs is wind and water.
Im heading to Goa on the 20th of May for two days and (like everybody else it seems) need to hook a short board for a day or two. Any one know of anything going?....alternatively I would like to hook up with anyone that is in Goa now. Looks like some swell hitting over the next few days, ive been surfinbg for 15 years but wont be fussy on the board. Reply to me or send me a SMS to +447786980802.
Cheers Kiwi Nick

Dear Tarun, hello,
My name is Sergey – I am from Moscow.
I with my friends (party animals) would like to stay in Goa in January 7-15, 2008
I would like not only to party, but to kite as well.
Are there any good beaches for kiting not far from the area of Anjuna, Vagator, Morgeem beaches?
Appreciate any kind of reply.
