hey u! try living in casablanca, morocco for half a day and then come back and talk to me. idiot! and respect to all lake surfers, u guys have more passion and courage than any of the surfers i seen in morocco. u guys relaly are what surfing is all about. 'm just waiting to get my psycho II and i'll head out to the lake. btw, friday am there a 3 metre wave forecast for lake ontario. and the wind is gonna be offshore.

like knarley dude hang ten wow dude far out brah surfs up dude!!! Ok ryan now that you can paddle around in a poluted inland river and talk the talk your in the official surf posers club! we get together and watch poin t break every second sunday and if we are really stoked we will immediately watch blue mush afterwards!!! No need to even know how to surf dude just bring you stoke

Nevered surfed a day in my life skimmed alot though and as of right now im a huge poser.....but thats why i made this posting to see if it was possible to surf the lakes and a the river in ottawa so that i could learn how to surf but i guess im going to have to wait to get to the coast this summer! Im just really ubsesed about surfin or stoked to learn not to be some big poser but i guess thats what it sounds like but im trying not to be just wanna learn to surf.

ryan, don't let'em knock ya

they're spoiled and don't realise a thing. never really understood how all these coastal riders feel right bashing on inlanders trying to surf. i can't follow the logic: you an ass for trying to surf if you're not in the saltwater... by extension, wouldn't you be just as toolish for not being a hawaiian in hawaii?

back to your question, i'm guess'n kingston/banks would be a close bet for you, but also know there are some people hitting the river in montreal

Regardless of what anyone has to say the cream will always rise to the top, but you have to pay your dues!  Where i reside if your a newbie everyone will make sure you pay your dues! Just dont let it spoil your character!
