so i've recently went to hawaii and did some surfing there and just had such a good time that i need to do it again. i know that people surf out on the great lakes and i was wondering if the fall season is a good time to surf. and what would be some good spots to go within an hour or an hour and a half drive from the gta? me and my buddy are looking to get into some lake surfing and would be glad if someone wanted to help us out

Hey man I'm from niagara too (fort erie). I'm currently on the gold coast in Australia for the next few months but take this email and stay in touch. I'd love to get a niagara surf scene going...

Anyone know of places that rent boards in the southern ontario area?  I have just recently learned that surfing here was possible and dont own a board.  Also, what would be the best area to hit up down in the niagara area with consistant (if thats possible) intermediate level waves?

Hey if there is a surf club in the area starting I would love to be a part of it.  I am located in Buffalo and willing to travel regionally.  Watching the waves around here I have definitely felt it was possible to do some surfing and am hoping to get up next summer and fall!  I look forward to getting in contact with some people that want to start a local surf club!

I surf off Rochester, Fair Haven and Sandy Pond, NY. I have surfed all over the world and find the waves in Ontario good enough to get me until the next surf trip
