I will probably go see Encuentro if it'S flat, I decided to reserve the hotel anyway, A bad day of surf is as better than my days at work. :)

The most consistent spot is definitely Encuentro.
Sosua works only on those really big days.
I have a lot of surfers staying in my place and none of them really complains about see urchins. If you are a beginners just wear reefshoes.
