RE: Any surfers from the Leeds area?« on: August 23 2006 02:08:00 »
Hi girls! I live on the East coast (Near Skegness) and there is an alternative to Scarborough you know. I surf between Mablethorpe and Skegness usually, and there is always a small swell here of around 1-3ft. Its perfect for beginners through to intermediate surfers and a great chilled out vibe. There are about 10 spots around the coast and NO crowds so check it out sometime.

I'm a surfer in leeds and am seriously starved of waves. the uni surf club isn't bad, but don't get out much. I'm more than happy to share petrol costs to scarbrough most weekends, but don't have a car. Drop me an email if you're looking for some surf.
