Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, putsborough, woolacombe are all nice places to surf on sandy beeches. check into Tiki Surf Shop in Braunton and stay in Croyde Bay. ALso great surfing all the way down the North Devon Coast to Cornwall.

i`ve been bodyboarding for over 10yrs now and i love it. i`ve travelled all over the world bodyboarding in places like margaret river wa, raglan and piha nz, indonesia and the over crowded northern beaches of sydney.. but it doesn`t matter where you are in the world if someone is narrow minded enough to think that their chosen surfcraft is superior to anothers(making them a girl? come on rich grow up!) then that person is usually not worth knowing!

Been to Croyde/Puts/Saunton etc every year now for ever n ever, but 2007 easter was the flattest flat thing I have ever seen, but still had a laugh at grumpy Jeff in little pink who filled me with loads of info. on why his boards are better than everybody elses (we all know they all come from China) but I still nodded and smiled politely..... ps Longsands/Tynemouth boxing day!!!! colder than cornish ice cream but mega fun. ps your man bits may/will end up looking like a walnut whip its so cold....try it sometime southern boys

Hey there, the best place to surf is the west coast and as for buying things, check out this site www.boardridersguide.com as they have really cheap wetsuits and Bodyboards
