I'm headed to Biarritz July 7-13.   I am from the US.  Not real sure what to expect.  Looking to have a good time at night. Does anyone know of good nightlife there and where they would recommend staying ? Is the raddison Blu hotel a good spot? Thanks

I was there a few weeks ago and going again next week. I think air bnb is the best options - there are studios and apts andmuch cheaper than a hotel. We found a few lively bars around the middle of the town. The niteclubs are pretty dismal - either one for 18yrs olds (i cant remember name) or a more older crowd (caveau) with dodgy music so it can have something for everyone. It was still fun as knew it was a 'holiday' night and didn't have to hang out all year around there!!!
