Easy, just start balding, grow shoulder hair , get fat and selfish or just act like a geek and youll be out the back being greedy in no time.

Easy, It takes practice, but as you are approaching the whitewater, push down on the nose, but only one one rail, so to tilt the board sideways, then before you roll over, push down on the other rail, this gets the nose deep enough withought moving up the board to push down, then simply use your foot to push down on the back and your done, the eskimo roll is definetly the most effective overall, but if you can pull of this method then you should be safe! Hope this helps!
