6. The kids had 2 great supervised surfing sessions with loads of waves and great photos. We sell the session pictures for nominal charge of $10. The kids wanted the photos but had no money. This is link of that day's surfing action http://www.balisurfingcamp.com/daily/2009apr1/surfreport_daily.htm you can see the kids on 2nd, 4th & 12th pictures. Everyone had great waves and a great time.

Sometimes as an organisation management or staff will make mistakes. In this case we did not do anything wrong and provided excellent value services. We were clear to Jill that we kept her side of the agreement and that she should honour what she had agreed to i.e. pay us quoted price and it clearly touched a raw nerve with her that we did tell her she needs to send her kids out for 12 hours with more than just $5 in their pocket. We have received many crude emails from Jill which are unprintable. All guests at surf camp that day agreed that Jill was at fault and the surf camp was not at fault. One of the guys staying works with kids and had strong views. I have 3 children myself and would not send them out without money to pay for the service and if anyone shouted at them I would take it up with them in person - not writing crude emails or blogs but face to face discussion.

you can make all the excuses you want but bad service is bad service and it sure looks to me like you provided bad service...
I would never send my kids to your camp and I would not make excuses by continuing to blog back..looks really lame on your part
