There are tons of investment opportunities here in Nicaragua. We own a real estate company and live here in Nicaragua. You can't beat the waves, nature, people-Its really a wonderful place. The amount of infrasture in the past two years has been incredible. I would definitely plan a vacation to see for yourself. If interested in listings, please email what you are looking for.

What's up with the whole Eric Volz case? american accused of raping/ murdering "Doris" his ex-girlfriend?
CNN made it look like Nicaraguans hate Americans and are willing to throw us behind bars without sufficient evidence.
IS THAT TRUE???
IS INVESTING IN AN UNEDUCATED CHAVEZ FOLLOWING COUNTRY WISE?

u write like as if you were drunk and incoherent.
The problem with Eri is that he is an American in a country that assumes are white people are rich and get away with murder.
Fact is if you look at Eric's eyes you can see that he is very mature, possibly cocky but this does not mean he's guilty. No evidence, not one witness and please don't tell me that GDamn witness the prosecutor had isn't a fake, loser, and an example on how back-wards they are in Nicaragua. The judge and judicial system is corrupt to the core. Another example of why Americans should just stay home and leave these people to their poverty, hunger, and prehistoric ways.
