alot of these developments have taken advantage of the corruption in nicragua. these are not nicraguan neighborhoods, they are american neighborhoods where the reall nicaraguan arent wanted.  build your large home in a gated comunity and surf the perfect wave, all to your self. In nicaragua!! How can you buy into this and think you are helping out? Cuz you hired a maid, a gardner and a security guard? And you feel  good about yourself. capitalism scks... the amereican dream isnt the solution... and it is not solving our problems.

Turism is good, but buyng off the land is no good. come visit, but leave man!  us nicas should stop selling our land and take it back... and our waves... and find the reall solution to our poverty, not short term capitalist soltions.... sell my land and spend my money...

Does anyone know about Finca Del Mar?
It looks like a nice setup by people trying to "do right things". I plan to be in country in May and will stop there to surf anyway. Just curious.

Anyone ever been to johns pass in fla? All private condos surfers not allowed. On behalf of all rude land hungery americans
