if you need anything in Nicaragua surrounding the managua beach area.  I can hook you up with the anything you need.  beach front home $225wk, cook, english speaking guide with 4 wheel drive $40 a day plus gas.  Im building a small hotel In Masachapa anything you need let me know.

We are planning a trip to Nicaragua in December 2008.  I know it's a long way off.  We would be interested renting for two - three weeks a beach house near surfing.  I see a lot of fancy places on line too expensive for our budget.  do you have any suggestions?
