Guys, which spot would you recommend for beginners? Are there boards for rent? How much? Is this a good time to go surfing? Are there instructors for beginners? How much per lesson? thanks.

hi eddie. i've been obssessing about learning how to surf, where in baler will the competition be, sabang beach? do you think it would be alright for a beginner like me to wear a life vest, so that i could stop worrying about drowning and focus on learning surfing tricks, or would it be too tacky/ impractical?

angela, wanna go there with me? anyone else?
