yes it does create waves inside the gulf espesh during habagat.I've surfed that place before and this coming season should be more crowded.

yeah dude, davao can create such wave. that's what's best in Davao... we have the fruits, the waves, and the babes!!! during august, waves can reach upto 6 feet, on a good day. average wave height is 4ft during habagat.
