Here you go,
1- there is no surf in Boracay
2 - March / April is kind of dead season, between north and south swells but you might get waves on the Pacific coast or be lucky and score in the South China sea.
3 - Surfing in the Philippines is fantastic thanks to all the locals who are the friendliest around.
4 - There are lots of spots to surf. A good start is always San Juan, La Union. It works mainly on north swell but also has south swell spots.
5 - Siargao might not be working or might be kind of windy around Feb.
6 - This is in relation to another post: longboarding is surfing and if the person who said that to be serious about surfing, you have to shortboard is reading, don't call the motherland a country you seem to be cussing all the time.
7 - Spread the stoke.
8 - Enjoy the friendliest surf in the Philippines.

Ingat kayo :)

Rose, it's very easy to get a flight if you want to go to Siargao. Why don't you just wait and have a look at the forecast before you come to the Philippines and make a decision then? La Union usually has waves in Feb :)
