I'm also going to Nerja (east of Malaga) in mid october and hope to see some waves there. I'm kind of a beginner travelling together with two bloody beginners. I think if there will be some waves, chances are good that they are not too big for us ;)
Anything new about some spots which rent surfboards in the region? Doris? Did you found something out?
Or is there maybe a local who would be willing to rent us his board for a few days?

I? going to Malaga this summer, and was wondering if anyone of you found out something about the surfing conditions in Malaga? (preferably really close to the city because I don´t have a car or anything...) Also wondering if one have to bring a board, or if its possible to rent one somewhere in Malaga.

I am a sponsored paddleboarder (ex-surfer) headed to Malaga for 2 weeks. I am really looking to connect with some local paddleboarders and experience the beauty that Spain has to offer. Does anyone know anyone I could email or recommend some good places to check out? I would be most grateful.
