I'd like to go to indonesia but flights to bangkok are way cheaper. Do you know anything about getting from bangkok to jakarta, kuala lumpur or padang/sumatra?

U guys must be smoking Thai stick!  If it was that easy to go to the Cobra factory and buy from them, we'd see these things all over e-Bay, but they are not.  Surftech has dumped buttloads of grip into Cobra factory.  Do you think the management wants to cut their own throat just to give U a break?  Na braddah!  Hang it up and go buy it from an authorized dealer.  If someone in Phuket is selling them now and saying they are an authorized Surftech outlet, they knocked off a truck going to the airport.

Don't mean to rain on your stoke, but I've been researching this for quite some time.

Trust me, the surftech boyz' are a bunch of money grabbing mofos! I live 8 miles from europes main distributor, my surfing buddie is a close mate of the manager.. and they STILL would even sell me a board. Not even at full price! Its a sad commercial world we live in.
My recomendation is avoid them anyway. I have seen many surftech boards around my local break and they chip and crack rather than flex. Yes they are around 30% stronger than a glass board but they are nowhere near as refined and are simply way overpriced. If you are travelling aboard and are worried about dings etc take a Bic or NSP with you, otherwise take a REAL fibreglass board and buy a thicker travel bag!
Thems the facts!
