RE: Going to start surfing in Washington. Im moving 2 Forks soon« on: August 03 2013 00:08:00 »
i was there heading out the quilette river there right at la push in july on my kayak and a huge great white and i mean huge was coming along side me and i stopped paddling and let it cruise by 15 feet away and it was the scariest thing i have ever seen. it burned an image in my brain. it was atleast 15 feet long with scars all along its side i really believe it was longer than 15 feet. it looked like a submarine coming at me with the water breaking over the top. yes there are white sharks there and be careful in summer months there because they are feeding on sea lions and salmon and the water is warm then
