i agree with the nicaraguans on this one. it is there country and we as norte americanos will respect your turf.. its the same thing though. there are lots of nicas coming to the states and i will welcome them as long they respect it here. i would like to move to nicaragua to farm, surf , and teach sustainable ways of living

Headlines of " La Prensa" read "Legal Chaos roams the coasts", the goverment as well as Nicaraguan's are resenting the fact that access to their beaches are being blocked off!

What's up with the whole Eric Volz case? american accused of raping/ murdering "Doris" his ex-girlfriend?
CNN made it look like Nicaraguans hate Americans and are willing to throw us behind bars without sufficient evidence.
IS THAT TRUE???
IS INVESTING IN AN UNEDUCATED CHAVEZ FOLLOWING COUNTRY WISE?

The sooner the sandinistas kick the drug partners of Ollie, Reagan, 'Jeb' and Neil out of paradise, El Norte will be reclaimed like the governor of Baja did several years ago; all the fags from Orangeless County (same ones that refused to provide more than 2 helicopters for the burning homes recently in the fires!) should be deported, NAFTA cancelled, and let Amerika dry up and blow into the Ozona hinterlands; 'Ollie's Point' will be renamed Ortega's Dreamroom!

The problem with Eri is that he is an American in a country that assumes are white people are rich and get away with murder.
Fact is if you look at Eric's eyes you can see that he is very mature, possibly cocky but this does not mean he's guilty. No evidence, not one witness and please don't tell me that GDamn witness the prosecutor had isn't a fake, loser, and an example on how back-wards they are in Nicaragua. The judge and judicial system is corrupt to the core. Another example of why Americans should just stay home and leave these people to their poverty, hunger, and prehistoric ways.

forget it ,surf is crowded FOR SURE ! too many surf camps, lots of new talent nica , too much exposure
surf mags, ny times, usa morning tv shows, cheap bang
tour promoes travel news,
by the day cheap is more , crowds are rolling in .
only thing helps is world worst roads, nightmare constr.
woes selecting competent tradesman, subprime mort.
woes in usa and eric volz tragedy/cold case justice situation
slowing down usa tourist .
hopefully this will preserve the virgin nicaragua of yesteryear

hello to all,
i am one of thouse gringos that is at moment trying to sell out and make the move south.
i think the beaches are for the enjoyment of all. any gringo or for that matter anyone that builds along the shore line to promote tourism or to live out there lives must provide easy acess to the water. no one owns the beaches be a good neighbor do the right thing..
just my thoughts

i think genes on the money, our tragedy ( sandinistas, no justice, etc. etc. ) has become our comedy (slowing the capitalist invasion, keeping the crowds regulated and not having the country sold out by now). So all and all the negative things here is actually whats keeping the country country.
