Hello friends.......if you are interested in purchasing vacant land, please let me know and I will send you one of my flyers along with a photo or two. The property I am selling is at Playa Colorado....some refer to it as "Ponga Drops". 1/3 acre lots start @ $17,00.00, less than one mile from the beach.

Gabriel: I come from a very "localized" area of San Diego, and have been surfing the same reef with the same 20 or so regulars for about 20 years. We don't mind vistors so long as they know how to behave themselves. As a result, when I travel, I always respect the locals and try to act like a guest. Please tell me that travelers with the right attitude are still welcome in your country?

I stayed just 5 min walk north of Playaya Maderas in January and got perfect surf for 7 straight days. Playa yankee was narly drop and super fun Manzanillo by boat nobody out but my boys our guide and I Tubes all day. I want to retire here its beautiful. The locals were mostly cool. But we did give our surf tech to Espaldo who was stoked. He showed us around. I will definitionaly be going back for property soon.
