Cali surf is good/consistant, NJ (Long beach island) is amazing although restricted, Hawaii and Viet Nam, unbelievable. Florida has spots like Cocoa Beach, Titusville and Sabastien inlet that are generally good year round much like HB and Newport/Balboa although alot warmer in the winter.
