Wow- Margie you are nasty! And mean spirited to wish anyone such failure.
My family and I are going back to Nicaragua for the second time. We went last september bringing our four month old son and felt more comfortable than many areas of our Mexico. Nicaragua is beautiful, reminding us of many places we have traveled all over the world to surf. The surf? Perfect so much that we decided to also buy land, down south. Perfect surf, perfect place.Sorry Marg! Steve you do great. We'll see your land next week.

Hi all,

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile.  I'm working on opening a real estate office in Northern Nicaragua and it's taken much of my time.  When I have the website up in about a month, I'll post again.  Until then, send me an email stevet1@hotmail.com or steve@c21nicabeachfront.com.

Peace,
Steve

Dennis, Randy and JB,

Dennis....There's an 80 lot development coming in up behind the Marina.  They are 1/4 acre lots and will go for around 50K.  Email if you want more info.

Randy...I'm up in Shay's area every week acquiring new listings. shoot me an email.

JB...anyone's guess on the elections.  Ortega says he's pro-tourism now, but we shall see.
