Surfing in Barrie. That's CRAZY. I'm from Barrie, and thinking about moving home for a job. I've been living in Florida for 13 years now surfing most weekends, what's the power like behind the waves? Short board or long board?

Hey all I'm from New Zealand. Am passing through from Oahu and will be here in Toronto for a couple of months b4 heading on to Europe. I was blown away when some dude told me you could actually surf on the lakes. Can anyone tell me a good web site to check the surf report? Also will give lessons to anyone who can take us to a good spot. Cheers
