Hi,I am vincent, a dutchy, I have been to Nicaragua in 2002, I spend 2,5 months in Nicaragua and saw the whole country.
When i was there is spend some time in San juan del sur, i learned surfing here. At that time i saw the potential of this coast area of nicaragua of becoming an important tourist area. I stayed in a hotel/camp/lodge bahia magiagual, and i have to say that was the shit in the meaning of the word that i really good time as a tourist there.I am interested in buying property abroad and starting a tourist operation for the future. My preference is a parcel near a surf spot, surrounded by forrest, fresh water, and if possible 200 or so from the sea. Please send me some info!thanksvincent

We are going to visit Nicaragua this month, and are curious about what is available. I know some people that have been nervous since the election, but I'm still open minded about considering property there.
We will start in Granada, head to the west coast and to the East;Corn Islands. Any input would be appreciated.

We're looking forward to a visit in a couple of weeks--long overdue for vacation!
Curious about what the prices are for the lots you mentioned. If the price is in our range, maybe we can check them out while there.
