His day will come. The same thing happened to Yokohama surf resort (maybe wrong name) same story where he offended the locals. Also that one resort up north in Bondoc where an Aussie tried to keep it exclusive by not letting anyone surf the spot unless they stayed at his resort. People like them don't last no matter how much money they claim to be putting into the economy. The locals have only so much patience before things will come apart. Unfortunately, from reading this forum, it seems to be increasing.

never had problems @ sunset beach resort either.. i say it's a good place.. a great surf spot for southswell specially @ the bowl.. Jan has always been nice and Leo he is the best surf buddy @ this surf spot..
