about the skimboards, have you guys tried sorsogon? good locals, steadyvibes.. about a skimshaper i know one whos here in manila. li-loan quality sticks

you can surf anywhere actually as long as the the beach is sandy. it doesnt matter if its sloping or flat. been to la union (san juan) and skimmed/surfed there.
you might wanna try ocean skim boarding in la union if the waves are right.
