Thank you for the words of support
I just don't feel up to responding to the negativity but I must say here that Gene Sykes is a guy who blew his perfect place overlooking the fertile triangle of NicaSurf by not only sleeping with the maid but getting her pregnant while living in a hilltop surf castle with his wife.
It is a small wonder he is bitter
JJ sold him a dream property on top of a mountain overlooking all of the Popoyo area (ridiculously cheap) and he has said nothing but bad things about JJ since. I am so sorry JJ.
Gene is the only person I have every heard of who lost money on real estate in Nicaragua

There's plenty of coast that they haven't tainted yet. Take a drive north and see for yourself. I'll be the only one out!

CR is much more crowded than Nicaragua. Nicaragua is becoming more crowded but as of now a crowded day at a good break is 20-30 people. Most people wouldn't consider that crowded. If the waves are big, there might be 20-30 people out and only 10-15 consistently taking waves....so it looks more crowded than it is.
Another advantage to Nicaragua over CR is that the wind is offshore all day almost everyday. So you have all day to catch waves, rather than just a few hours in the morning and evening.

Recently traveled to Nica to surf and there was lots of talk of JJ and the land frenzy. The ? is great deal for paradise or rip off that is hard to get to? Local imports ripping off gringos or sharing the opportunities in a beautiful land?

dale is a juicer, and nicaragua drinks itself to deaf .
dale same as jj , x-pat who made his profits from selling
nicas fronted land . the mark up 100 % -200%. example
my land 65k , fronted to him 12-15k !
jj dicked me around every bend, blabbed my personal lifes
information/backround for 100km every jungle town knew me
before i met them on my own.
dale uses nica women to screw, dumps them all in drunkin rages, likes to use them as whores.
he couldnt take responsibility for a pregant nica womans baby ,but he screw enough to populate his own village if
his sperm was feritilized gold digger/dagger dames.
my babys are fine, well liked and respected in limon 2 my wifes jungle village and thurout nicaragua .

I have a couple lots in Iguanas and the crowds are thick but with the golf course right there you can out last the JJ and the Daggers. Dawn Patrol/Golf/Explore/Check Crowd level/Golf/Surf sunset session when the crowds have left. Oh well I would be bitter if the Golf COurse was not there but the course is a saving grace.
